As a Career & Leadership Coach, I support individuals and groups to uncover their core values and strengths, to see what success is for them and take focused steps forward with ease. Through coaching, my clients learn new tools to go past their prior internal stopping points and thrive in uncertainty.

Prior to full-time coaching, I worked in technology, new media and digital advertising. At Disney, Viacom and AT&T, I managed high-volume, consumer-facing websites with large teams and numerous projects before focusing on strategic partnership management in business development and marketing.

My career in entertainment and advertising technology regularly challenged me to rapidly expand my abilities and to continually practice the quality of being flexible. I learned how to see opportunity in change and to take action despite my doubts and fears. I moved back and forth across country twice, was laid off three times, promoted as high as VP (Viacom) and "re-orged" countless times. Along the way, I received remarkable management training at AT&T, Disney, Viacom and by special invitation at GE's Crotonville Campus in New York.

I enjoy pro-bono mentoring of new college grads entering the workforce and people mid-career who find themselves at a crossroads. I have worked for and volunteered with various non-profits and start-up companies in Los Angeles, New York and Washington, D.C.  I currently serve as Board Member of Purpose Centered Coaching & Consulting, a California-based non-profit supporting women and girls of color to achieve success through coaching.

I have received rigorous coach training from The Academy for Coaching Excellence and am certified (PCC) by the International Coach Federation (ICF). I am an accredited Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) practitioner, and a Certified Professional in Management (AMA-CPM). I graduated from U.C. Santa Cruz with a B.A. in Russian Area Studies and completed additional coursework through UCLA Extension in technical management, investing, personal financial planning and screenwriting. I have also been a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and am certified in Usui and Shakti Integrative Reiki.

I live in West Los Angeles with my 7.5 lb. dog, Buddy. I love road trips, art, investing, planting trees, learning new things, and imagining a better future for all.

Throughout this journey my primary passions have remained consistent: To always be developing; and to always be supporting others in following their own authentic paths.
